On Safari in Luangwa Valley Zambia

This safari in the Luangwa Valley visits South and North Luangwa Valley where some of the best game viewing is to be found in Africa. There is a high chance of seeing lion and leopard while visiting areas which are beautiful, remote and wild. The North Luangwa in particular is an area infrequently visited by tourists where you can well and truly get off the beaten track into the wilds of the African bush. While on this safari there is a great opportunity of game viewing on foot escorted by an armed ranger.

This safari only operates June - November

Days 1 - 3	South Luangwa National Park. Fly to Mfuwe. Met and transferred to Kapani. Game viewing in the South Luangwa National Park in open vehicles or walk through the bush escorted by an armed ranger. Many find leopards on night drives, lions are as plentiful in the Luangwa very often they roam in prides of up to thirty. Overnight Kapani on full board and game activities.
Days 4 - 6	*South Luangwa National Park*. Transfer by road to Kakuli Bush Camp. Game drives and walks each day take you out into the South Luangwa National Park Overnight Kakuli on full board and game activities.
Days 7 - 10	*North Luangwa National Park*. Fly to the North Luangwa National Park. Met on arrival and game viewing transfer to Kutandala. Game viewing on foot and occassionall by open vehicle. There are iced drinks, but thankfully no generator, and therefore no noise - lighting is provided by rechargeable solar lanterns and hurricane lamps. Overnight Kutandala on full board and game activities.
Day 11	Fly back to Mfuwe for your flight to Lusaka to connect with your onward flight.

Price per person about US$5,950 / £4,103 excluding international flights including meals as stated, game viewing activities, national park fees, local flights and transfers.
